Always a great experience

$200 for an oil change and air filter replacement. I had my laptop with me and looked up the costs of the filters and their price was triple the cost and oil change itself was $100. I will be going elsewhere for oil changes. Dealers are ALWAYS more expensive.

They people are great to work with. I like the details they provide when working on my car.

Well, I thought they do rotation when you do the service check up on the car. I figured they would check the air and the tires which was low and check all fluids. He basically did everything underneath and the air filters.

Although we have to bring the vehicle back after a part arrives to get it fixed, everyone was very helpful and friendly. You do a grreat job of providing a welcome area for your customers to sit and refreshments for them to enjoy. It's always fun to peruse the lot for future vehicles.

I had multiple things going on with my SUV and the team did great with getting everything fixed and warranty being taken care of with no stress for me.

The video showing what repair was needed was a nice touch, but the audio was unintelligible and garbled.

The dip stick on my car was not put in all the way resulting in oil spraying all over

Shouldn’t of taken a month when it could of been expedited and engineering for the transmission took forever to get a program for it overall still good job on getting it running again

I have been a customer of Bill Harris Auto Service for MANY years. The employees here are exceptional & at this dealership, they genuinely strive to make things better for their customers. It was reassuring to have text messages with video sent to my phone to show everything being done to my car from the initial check in, to the Multi Point Inspection showing & explaining each in detail plus having a written analysis below the video with recommendations just so I clearly understand. My Service Advisor & all around "Go To Guy", Doug Kiper, gave me his opinion on what can wait & helped schedule my upcoming appt to take care of those items needing service.

Repair took 1 hour, 18 minutes. Grill Shutter Assembly costs approx. $303.00. Invoice was $899.59. Labor charged at approx. $459/hour. Seems a little pricey, don't you think?

Since I work from home, it works out great that the dealership offers pickup and drop off service. I don't have to take time off work or spend part of a Saturday in the waiting room while my car is serviced. From the scheduling of an appointment to the follow up video and call from the service dept, this dealership gets an A+.

When we confronted James about it, all he wanted to do was argue and be rude about it. Thanks to Alicia for taking control of the situation and smoothing things out. James needs to have more customer service training.

I never received a call to schedule an appointment though it was said a voicemail was left. Then while then whoever diagnosed the truck found nothing. The trucks lifters tick bad and it’s consuming oil. I am past the trucks return date due to the scheduling delay.

They also checked all the fluid levels and brakes and other things, which was greatly appreciated. I always bring my car there because of the friendly atmosphere and because the job is always done right.

Always a good experience

The only reason you didn't get 5 stars was because, other than the service department no one even acknowledged I existed. People spoke with other patrons but no one else spoke to me as I waited over an hour (which wasn't a problem). Acknowledgement is a good practice. One that I've come to judge businesses by. Hope this is helpful.
