Connor, Nate, and Dave all worked closely together to help make it more relaxing for us to purchase our 2026 vehicle. There was no pressure to buy immediately, which we did. The lube tech that did my video was so nice

I never received a call to schedule an appointment though it was said a voicemail was left. Then while then whoever diagnosed the truck found nothing. The trucks lifters tick bad and it’s consuming oil. I am past the trucks return date due to the scheduling delay.

The service manager was very kind and helpful. I was well informed every step of the way. All service department personnel got back to me promptly and were very polite and professional.

My wife and I recently took our Chevrolet Equinox to the Bill Harris dealership for an oil change. While we were there waiting for the maintenance to be preformed, we were treated as we were family. Not only did we have a chance to speak with the wonderful service associate, but we chatted with the gentleman who sold us our vehicle, and we were greeted by Arron Harris (G.M.) who came over and spoke with us. We had an appointment for 8:45. And told James that we were waiting on it. At 9:25 we ask about when it would be done. Found out the mechanic was working on two jobs at once. When we confronted James about it, all he wanted to do was argue and be rude about it. Thanks to Alicia for taking control of the situation and smoothing things out. James needs to have more customer service training.

The only reason you didn't get 5 stars was because, other than the service department no one even acknowledged I existed. People spoke with other patrons but no one else spoke to me as I waited over an hour (which wasn't a problem). Acknowledgement is a good practice. One that I've come to judge businesses by. Hope this is helpful.

Sorry if this review is long...it is rather detailed...2/11/2026 I took my 2019 Buick Lacrosse Hybrid in for oil change & tire rotation at Bill Harris Chevrolet in Ashland. The staff are always friendly making you feel welcomed & comfortable the moment you step in the door. The waiting area has an assortment of free snacks & beverages for the everyone. One of the things I like is the Technician sends a video to your cell phone while he does the inspection on your car. It is closed captioned, so you can read what he is saying. First off he introduces himself, in this case, it was Dylan, then he starts at the engine compartment, checking the battery, showing the readings on his equipment & what it means, moves on to the cabin & engine filters, on to the brake fluid & coolant. Next its to check the brakes & suspension & finally he shows underneath the vehicle, giving his expert opinion every step of the way. I find this refreshing, seeing my car was carefully inspected, almost like I was there in person. Doug Kiper, the service advisor & is my "go to guy" assured everything looked good, then gave me my free car wash token. I couldn't be more pleased with the service & attention the customers get at Bill Harris Auto Group, which is why I have ALL my service work done here!

I appreciated the way the service person took the time to explain the repairs needed, to recommend additional service needed, and even to look for additional coupons/GM points to use to reduce the cost of my service.

I was quite pleased with our recent service. The parts that were needed were ordered and arrived on time, and the work was done on time as well. The service reps were courteous and informative. All aspects of our experience were quite positive.

Electric wiring problem, have been strung along for months and problem still isn't fixed!

I have the GM card that allows for redemption of points for a new vehicle or help pay for services. Doug Kiper lead me through the process of redeeming points for services. He was very patient with me. His knowledge of the redemption process is outstanding.

Always great service. They put customer satisfaction as their primary focus.

Very poor. Multiple attempts to fix electronic issues. Was told they can't duplicate problem don't bring it back unless it gets worse. Took 2 times to get bumpers aligned right. Truck was at dealership for 47 days.

All staff there are very professional and thorough. In getting your vehicle serviced they provide you with video inspection of your vehicle along with a full description of the status and needed repairs.

We like the video of service, HOWEVER, THEY NEED TO SLOW DOWN AS THEY ARE TALKING.

Nathan Fishers Team provides excellent customer service, Doug always does a video walk around our vehicles and the technician provides actual video of valuable information on how to keep our vehicles maintenance current.

My service representative was Doug Kiper and Doug did a wonderful job at getting my car in for service, and the service was completed in a timely manner. I asked Doug about checking a warning light on the dashboard for me, and at the end of my visit Doug explained the reason for the warning light, and what action was needed to repair the system. All of the Bill Harris dealership associates are pleasant and helpful.

I want expecting all the service that was done in my car, but obviously it was needed. I bought the car used from you and the alignment. Oil change, wheel balancing etc had not been done. Now it has. My only question to you is about the nitrogen in the tires. The day is bought it, I started home after all the paper work was done. I got to the fair grounds and a red light came on. Back to your shop right away and the tire pressure was not OK. Everyone was at lunch. If been there for several hours getting that car bought, no lunch and o needed to get home. Nitrogen in the tires was NOT available then because everyone was at lunch. So... some air was out in. I'm assuming now that the $149.00 that i paid for nitrogen has been for nothing. That is the only thing I am displeased with.

Although a part was needed for my car and is on backorder, I was notified in a timely manner and a plan is put into place to expedite the repairs.

I live in Atlanta and the Chevy dealership I go to does not provide a video service performed by the technician. It helps customers understand the condition of their vehicle, areas of concern, or if wear and tear is in the normal range. In a world of customer "no" service, this staff and service went above and beyond and is appreciated. I will plan to have my routine service performed at Bill Harris since I am driving up from Atlanta to visit family every 6-8 weeks. and when possible,

Family emergency out of state - needed service right away to travel and was given an appointment the next day. I was given information from service desk person as work was being done on the car, which I think is important. I have always been happy with the employees and work done on my vehicles for many years.

Doug Kiper was wonderful. He helped me with some warranty items on my car which I would have missed since I had forgotten about the warranty. He also helped me to get some items at a discounted price. We are very grateful for all that he did to make our experience a good one.

Everything was good

I always get my serving done at Bill Harris and it has always been very accommodating. I had my service done at 4 pm and service closes at 5. I got a call 5 minutes before closing saying my truck was done. I live 10 minutes away and the service rep refused to let me come and pay in person and only allowed me to pay over the phone. When asked what was found and needed repaired during inspection the rep had only briefly mentioned that my rear brake pads needed replaced. I only found out that I had a leak coming from the oil pan after I got to my truck and read the receipt. No mention if the truck was safe to drive. I just felt if they were to take the extra 5-10 minutes to let me come in everything would have been explained nicely and there wouldn’t have been any issues. I was also told I was going to get a phone call Monday (yesterday) but never did.

James in the service department was top notch! He communicated well with me through the process.
