2009 Corvette C6 Z06 – 442ci LS7 Procharged Build Summary

This C6 Z06 received a fully built and blueprinted 442 cubic inch forged LS7 engine package paired with a ProCharger F1A system, designed for extreme street and race performance.

Engine & Short Block

442ci stroked LS7 (4.125” forged crankshaft)

AHP forged rotating assembly (crank, H-beam rods, CP forged pistons)

ARP main studs, head studs, crank bolt, and full ARP hardware package

LS9 oil pump and supporting components

Darton-sleeved LS7 block for added strength

Fully machined, torque plate honed, line honed, decked, balanced, and blueprinted long block

CNC ported LS7 cylinder heads (Moldstar90 guides)

Custom AHP Stage Supercharger camshaft

This combination produces approximately 950–1,100 wheel horsepower depending on fuel selection (pump E85 vs race fuel calibration), delivering massive torque and top-end power while maintaining street drivability when properly tuned.
